All the folks down there I've spoken to seem to think everything is pretty chill. My understanding is that the violence is from a different cartel than the one active in BCS. That said, it's always best to stay aware of your surroundings--regardless of where you are.
I think the real issue here is the whole "no kiting" thing you mentioned. That's crazy talk. |

Chinese food and Asian Markets both. Both in La Paz and SJDC areas as well as over on the northern end mainland MX. They worked to support mining and agriculture. In the late 1800s when the US stopped immigration from China with exclusion act, a lot of Chinese from the US moved here. _________________ www.freeridekiting.mx
