Separated from my board winging at Maryhill, Monday evening 7/1. Board drifted east, up river towards The Wall, driven by wind and substantial swell.
I was unable to swim to it quickly enough. Made it safely to shore. With the help of a friend (with waverunner) scoured the river and shorelines but did not find the board. Searched the beach at the Wall and Cove WA and Rufus.
Going back for a look at Maryhill this morning.
Temira (The Gorge is my Gym) put the word out. Thank you!!
I will check lost and found at the Ports. The Dalles and Hood River.
Hoping the goodwill of the community will help my board find its way back to me.
