from the port website:
"Annual passes are available for sale online or at the Port office during regular business hours. Annual passes are valid year-round for all day parking at the Event Site parking lot and its overflow on Lot 1, the western half of the West Jensen parking lot, and the Marina Boat Launch parking lot and its overflow lot located south of the DMV. Passes are not valid for on-street parking. At the Event Site parking lot, vehicles over 20′ in total length must display an Overlength pass. At the Marina Parking lot, any vehicle towing a boat trailer may use the Regular Length pass, regardless of total length. Passes are transferrable, but lost or stolen passes will not be replace or refunded."
