Stayed over in Hood River last night and noticed quite a few people enjoying what looked like some nice lightwind conditions at the sandbar. I had all the kiteboarding gear pulled out of the car to make room for the snowboarding so I couldn't participate, but it looked like fun. Kudos to those getting out...
