Rufus: Monday evening 5/26/20 kiter Sh#t-show. You were dorking in fast current directly ABOVE their fishing lines.
- Do not kite within two kite line lengths of fishermen. They can easily cast a one ounce weight some eighty feet.
- Do not kick this hornets nest. Fishermen will not be diplomatic when they finally have had enough. Yes, they felt disrespected & were pissed! |

Perhaps more importantly is that Rufus (and the wall) are not slated to open until tomorrow.
Launching at these locations only increases the chance of future shutdowns (with enforcement).
Unless of course you all happened to be launching from legal spots and kiting to Rufus...
