Usually Rooster days are super hot, real clear skies... Now it looks like its blowing but its plenty cloudy too. On a normal day I'd take a 13mph Corbett reading and translate that into 23-25mph on the water at Rooster, but today I don't know.
Anybody heading to check it out?

| are we reading minds today? If it blows that hard, I'll need a 12 at least which I won't have until next week...but it may be worth a peek anyway...I'm just 20 minutes from RR.

okay, so that sucked...no beach whatsoever, even the nudists stayed home..but still probably a good 12 -14M day. I did find another launch spot, but just a little too hairy for a newb like me...here are a couple pix from my camera phone for future reference - it's an old boat launch road at the second parking on the left side of the park as you enter.
